Flex-Mat®
Manufactured from Optimum® or stainless steel , Flex-Mat screens are held together by molded polyurethane strips. These strips eliminate wire chutes, which cause premature wear in woven wire screens. They also allow the cloth to be more flexible and have better vibrating qualities. The cloth wires are independent from each other, which allows them to vibrate at different frequencies and prevent material from accumulating between the wires. A polyurethane overlap prevents oversized material from leaking through spaces between separate cloths.

Flex-Mat Series D
Wires are independent of one another and form square openings. Impacts created by screened materials cause vibration differences, preventing materials from accumulating between wires.
Available in .079" (2 mm) to 2" opg.
Flex-Mat Series S
Consist of crimped wires forming waved openings. They are highly effective for screening materials of less the 1/4", but can also be used for larger materials. For more precise sizing, use Flex-Mat Series D.
Available in .079" (2 mm) to 2" opg.
Flex-Mat Series T
With triangular openings, these screens consist of alternating crimped and straight wires. They are recommended where heavy loads or impacts occur.
Available in .031" (0,8mm) to 1 1/4" opg.

Note: Harp Screens with all straight wires are also available on a special order basis.
