Maximum production in your screening operation is achieved by selecting the proper opening size, wire specification (type and diameter), weave type and opening shape. These specifications directly affect the resonance which is important in gaining maximum efficiency. When the resonance of the wire cloth harmonizes with the vibration of the screen, and is of proper pitch or frequency, minimum blinding and maximum through put is obtained.
